Annaruwa Raja Maha Viharaya, also known as Sri Vijayasundararama Purana Viharaya (Sinhala: ඇන්නරුව ශ්‍රී විජයසුන්දරාරාම පුරාණ විහාරය) is a Buddhist temple situated in situated in No. 1149 Diyawala Grama Niladhari Division in the Kuliyapitiya West Divisional Secretary’s Division in Kurunegala District, Sri Lanka.

The ancient Dhamma Sala (Preaching Hall) Sangawasaya (dwelling place) and two rock inscriptions of this temple are archaeological protected monuments, declared by a government gazette notification published on 24 July 2009.
