Katugas Ella Falls

Katugas Ella Falls (Sinhala: කටුගස් ඇල්ල) is a waterfall situated near Ratnapura Grid Substation in Ratnapura District, Sri Lanka. The fall is 21.33 m in height and originated from the Katugas Dola, a tributary of the Kalu Ganga river (Abeyawardana, 2002). Some parts of the Sinhala movie named Surangani (1955) were shot around this waterfall (Abeyawardana, 2002). References 1) Abeyawardana, H.A.P., 2002.
