Sri Dharmaraja Maha Viharaya, Ukuwela

Sri Dharmaraja Maha Viharaya (Sinhala: උකුවෙල ශ්‍රී ධර්මරාජ මහා විහාරය) is a Buddhist temple situated in Ukuwela in Matale District, Sri Lanka. History This temple is said to have been constructed by Dullewe Maha Adikaram (Abeyawardana, 2004). Angoda Sri Ratanajothi Thera who had spent the Vas season here in 1909 is the first Buddhist monk of this temple (Abeyawardana, 2004). References 1) Abeyawardana, H.A.P., 2004.
