Weeragoda Sri Maha Viharaya
Weeragoda Sri Maha Viharaya is a Buddhist temple situated in Hidellana Amuthagoda village in Ratnapura District, Sri Lanka. The temple is popular among devotees due to its colossal Samadhi Buddha statue unveiled on 22 March 2016. According to local belief, this temple has been built during the period of King Rajasinha I (1581-1593 A.D.) of Sitawaka.
