The BOI Building is a six-story Neo-Classical structure in Colombo Fort. It was designed by architects Walker and Adams.

Colombo BOI Building (Photo credit: Google Street View) BOI Building or Old Prince Building (Sinhala: කොළඹ පැරණි ප්රින්ස් ගොඩනැගිල්ල, BOI ගොඩනැගිල්ල) is located at No. 14, Sir Baron Jatathilaka Mawatha in Colombo Fort, Sri Lanka. The building was constructed by Colombo Commercial Company following the design of Walker and Adams in 1909 (Manathunga, 2016).
