Manel Lena Cave (Sinhala: මානෙල් ලෙන ප්රාග් ඓතිහාසික ස්ථානය) is a Prehistoric Site situated in the Pallekada area on the Ayagama-Gawaragiriya road in Ratnapura District, Sri Lanka. The cave has been designated as an archaeological protected monument by a government gazette notification published on 27 July 2001.
