Muthukandiya Reservoir is a reservoir located in Monaragala District. It was constructed by damming the Meeyal Oya, a tributary of the Heda Oya River.

Its bund is about 1,378 m long and has a storage capacity of 24,621 acre feet at its full supply level. The live storage is 22,820 acre feet while the dead storage is 1,801 acre feet.
