Gerandi Ella Falls (Nuwara Eliya) Not to be confused with Gerandi Ella Falls (Ettampitiya) G erandi Ella Falls (Sinhala: ගැරඬි ඇල්ල) is a waterfall situated in the Ramboda range in Nuwara Eliya District, Sri Lanka. Created by the waters of Garandi Oya, the fall is 100.92 m (331.10 ft.) in height and cascades to the Kotmale Oya (Abeyawardana, 2004). A picturesque view of the fall can be obtained from the Peradeniya-Nuwara Eliya road, just before the Caravan Park and adjacent to Wawandon Estate.
