Sri Manika Vinayagar Kovil (Tamil: ஸ்ரீ மாணிக்க விநாயகர் கோவில், பம்பலப்பிட்டி; Sinhala: ශ්‍රී මාණික විනයාගර් කෝවිල, බම්බලපිටිය) is a Hindu shrine situated in Bambalapitiya in Colombo District, Sri Lanka.

History
This temple has been built on a land plot used as a resting place by pilgrims heading towards Kataragama Devalaya about 120 years ago (De Silva & Chandrasekara, 2009). The Vinayagar temple was constructed here by the Indian Chetty community and it was developed to the present state gradually with the help of local Hindu devotees and political leaders (De Silva & Chandrasekara, 2009).
