Nalagana Ella Falls (Sinhala: නලඟන ඇල්ල) is a waterfall located near Dedugala village in Kegalle District, Sri Lanka. The fall is about 21 m (68.89 ft.) high and originates from the Ritigaha Oya, a tributary of the Kelani Ganga River. In the Sinhala language, Nalangana means the dancing woman.

Situated along the Dolosbage-Bulathkohupitiya route, the fall is not visible from the road and one has to walk a little into the woods to reach the waterfall. Although the site is popular among visitors, it is not suitable for safe bathing as the water flow may suddenly increase due to the impact of the small hydropower plant installed at the site.
