A series of waterfalls known as Gartmore Falls (Sinhala: ගාට්මෝර් වතුයාය දියඇලි) is located in the area of the Gartmore Tea Estate in Nuwara Eliya District, Sri Lanka. Bordered by mountain chains crowned by rocks, the falls cascade into the Maskeliya Reservoir at its southern end (Kautzsch, 1983).
The mountainous region of the falls is covered by thick forests and this basin serves as the source for Gartmore waterfalls as well as several other falls such as Fairlawn Fall, Doturugala Fall, Diyan Fall and Uran Fall (Kautzsch, 1983). The heights of these falls range between 20-30 m (Kautzsch, 1983).
