Fairlawn Falls is a small broad waterfall located in Maskeliya in Nuwara Eliya District, Sri Lanka. Created by a tributary of Maskeliya Oya which rises in the forests southeastward of the Fairlawn Tea Estate, the fall plunges over a rock barrier of about 5 m high situated at the upper part of the estate near the Meeriacotta Estate (Kautzsch, 1983).
