Purana Sri Chethiyagiri Raja Maha Viharaya (Sinhala: පුරාණ ශ්‍රී චේතියගිරි රජමහා විහාරය) is a Buddhist temple located on the western edge of Puwarasankulama Wewa in Anuradhapura District, Sri Lanka.

The site consists of the ruins of many ancient structures including Stupas, rock-cut flight of steps, remnants of rampart walls and other buildings. Presently, the Stupa remains in a dilapidated state overgrown by vegetation. A small Buddha shrine has been erected beside it by locals to perform their religious activities. The large stone pillars near the modern image house of the temple indicate that there had been a religious building in the past.
