Alupola Ella Falls (Sinhala: අලුපොල ඇල්ල) is a waterfall situated in Alupola village in Ratnapura District, Sri Lanka.
The fall has got its name from a nearby tea state. A brook beginning at Kalugaldova on the southern slope of the Bathurugala mountain creates the falls. It has a height of 60 m. The falls cascades through several rocky surfaces before falling down to the pool below. The pool is suitable for bathing.
