The Kadawatha Jack Tree, also known as Kadawatha Kos Tree (Sinhala: බලන කඩවත කොස් ගස), situated in Balana village in Kandy District is believed to be one of the Historic and Ancient trees in Sri Lanka. The tree is located on the wayside of Kadugannawa-Balana road near the ancient Balana Fort.

It is a jack tree (scientific name: Artocarpus heterophyllus), a species of tree in the fig, mulberry, and breadfruit family. According to the information board set up by the Central Environment Authority, this tree is believed to be more than 500 years old. As believed by local people, this tree has shaded the "Kadawatha", the tax-collecting point established near the ancient Balana Fort, a strategic rock fortress and an outpost of the Kandyan Kingdom.
